Catching the mood of the new Nightjet Trailers on the Vienna main station.
Often finding the right moment is more than export – import – click – render. With Martin Perkthold, a well known 3D Render Artist from Bunnyhop-Stuido, we where helping the ÖBB/Siemens Nightjet Project to get their Train to Vienna Main Station for a Shooting before the Train even existed.
We took a lot of pictures before we even started to think about how to get a train with almost every screw into the right position in front of the camera. This means datamanagement and huge amount of virtual problems should not destroy the artistic approach of finding the right view.
See the image comparision before and after we did all the details. The Picture was composed and refined to be printed on Large Scale – every detail is stable for big Screens, rendered&retouched. We had to mix it up with own fotographs and material received from ÖBB.
